Our new office is located in the heart of the city of El Monte near the Valley mall. The office is close to the Metro link and is accesible via three freeways. We are very close to the Freeway 10 and only about three to five miles from the 60 and 210 Freeways.

Financial
All patients are responsible to check with their insurance regarding their coverage. All copays are collected at the time of service. We accept cash or credit cards. No personal Checks are accepted.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A $ 25.00 fee will be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
